How much have you grown as a webmaster?

I think most of us have been around for some time now. Do you feel like "growing"? Do you feel like you have hit a plateau? How much have you grown as a webmaster? Are you pleased with your development?

I feel I have grown a lot. I first started creating websites when I was 11 back in '99. I didn't have a clue what looked good, or about copyright or anything. It took me 5 years to work up to owning my first domain and hosting. I now have 5 domains (4 that I actually use); 3 forums and one website.

I think in the last few years I've kind of walked away from actual design, I guess due to my illness I've found it harder to keep up with all the changes. Forums have increasingly become my passion site-wise and I feel I have grown hugely in that time

It has gotten me to start learning php and MYSQL. Hope it goes good and not give up when it gets harder. Having many projects in my mind but to make them i first need the programming skills

I think that I have already develop as a Web Master because I have known a lot of thing from blogging. I remember starting out with no knowledge at all on administering my site.

Aside from administering a site I also learned a few SEO. I don’t think that my site would be even get a page rank at all if weren’t for my SEO.

I dont think that I am that good, but I can do my stuff. If you tell me to create a music program even when I cant c++, Iwill do it. The thing with me is that I learn while I do it. and I learn fast too. So tell me anybody needs anything :P?

I haven't grown in the time being here, since I have only been here 1-2 hours, but I am sure I am gonna grow as a web master in here. At least my goal is to grow and become a big webmaster.

Being around for only 6-7 years means i'm still pretty new overall to a lot of the stuff, however i've grown tremendous amounts in those years. When I first started, I didn't know what FTP was... needless to say, i'm now quite good at using it :P

Taking a college sponsored technical class at my high school didn't hurt either. I have a localhost server on my laptop at this point, I run Linux on my desktop. I use OpenDNS for my network's DNS servers wherever I go. I've grown a lot as both a webmaster (I speak xHTML and CSS pretty well these days), and as a geek in general.
