How does the warning system work for you?

How to you manage warnings? Do you have 5? 10 warnings till banning? Who gets them?

I don't usually put too much time and effort into setting up a formal warning system, there isn't a "three strikes" rule or the sort. If I had to set one up, i'd probably make a set limit for being banned (a total of 10 points, let's say). Each offense would have a set number of points it would give you, and if at any point you hit 10 points you would be banned for awhile. If you reach 10 again within a certain amount of time after coming back, your ban would be set to never expire.
